Parents CAN IEP Workshop

Whether you need to brush up on your child’s educational rights and opportunities, or are still learning, this is an incredible opportunity to review the special education system and how to navigate successfully to ensure an appropriate education for your child.

Setting The Foundation: The Assessment Process
Putting Up The Walls: Appropriate and Measurable Goals
Putting On the Roof: Determination of Services
Picking Your Neighborhood: Placement in the Least Restrictive Environment
We will also be reviewing Accommodations, Modifications, Strategies for Success
and Parent Tips and Pointers throughout the day.
